Cheddar Dog Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Sunflower or Vegetable oil
4 1/2 Tbsp cold water (more or less depending on dough)

Turn oven to 375 degrees.

1. All ingredients except the water can go straight into the food processor for a couple quick pulses until fully combined. Slowly add the water until the dough is soft and comes together.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap for at least 30 minutes until the dough is cold.
3. Roll out and use cookie cutters or whatever you want to make the cookies.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the cookie cutters used.
